Team Spirit and Friendly Competition: Highlights from the 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament
The Chambersburg team recently came together for the 3rd Annual WIKA Mobile Control Cornhole Tournament. Held in the parking lot of our Pennsylvania facility, this year’s event showcased skill, camaraderie, and some friendly competition.
As always, the tournament featured several single elimination cornhole matches, with teams and brackets determined at random in advance. In the days leading up to the event, many employees took the opportunity to perfect their cornhole skills over lunch breaks, gearing up for the much-anticipated competition.
The weather could not have been more perfect for the event. A local food truck was on site, offering a delicious array of menu options keeping everyone fueled throughout the competition.
After a series of exciting matches, the day culminated in a thrilling final showdown. Congratulations to Eric Mowen and Melissa Weller, our champions for this year! Their impressive performance earned them the coveted WMC Cornhole Champion award, marking them as the best of the best in this year’s tournament.
It was a fantastic day of fun and teamwork. We are looking forward to hosting this annual event again next year where we can all come together, share some laughs, and celebrate our team spirit!
